With a little help from an adult, any of the ornaments on this list can be turned into DIY ornaments to make with kids! Kids can make these ornaments and wrap them up as a gift to their parents. Kid made ornaments are such a special keepsake and a ornament making is a great way to kick off the holiday season!

1. Paint brush ornaments

I love the idea of kids turning paint brushes into a silly faced ornament. Santa Claus is adorable, but I am 100% sure kids could come up with all kinds of silly faces! Best part? Just add a ribbon through the already punched hole in the top of the paint brush and hang on the Christmas tree.

2. Glitter reindeer

My crafty friend, Annie, made these with her preschool class a few years ago. Aren’t they cutest? Simple cover a bulb in glitter, add eyes, a red pom pom nose and hot glue twigs for antlers! I originally shared the glitter reindeer ornament on C.R.A.F.T. facebook back in 2010!
