Austin Bloggy Boot Camp

October 24, 2010 By Jamie Dorobek 9 Comments

I highly recommend attending a Bloggy Boot Camp
and
getting to know your SITStahood!
Meet Tiffany, the genius behind SITS Girl
Tiffany was our fearless leader all day Saturday…
She is  good  at what she does, not to mention pretty!
I met  a wonderful, supportive, informative, group of like minded ladies! Including Wheelchair Mommy, Mama Made it Look Easy, Quirky Mama, Imperfect Nest, My Litter, and TONS more! I also met LeeAnn the genius behind the pocket sized… Diaper Buds!
[I wish I would have taken more pictures!]
Me [and my deer in the headlight smile] and the very sweet, talented Brittany @ Not your Average Teen
[C.R.A.F.T. # 17: Necklace re-invention is on my neck]
Jessica is hilarious. Seriously, find out for yourself @ Bern This
Allison @ House of Hepworths, Tiffany, and Me
[remember how excited I was to meet Allison at Cheddar’s 2 weeks ago!]

This picture sums up Bloggy Boot Camp:  FUN!

I learned so much at Bloggy Boot Camp!  I officially decided C.R.A.F.T. is becoming a dot com, soon! Get excited, it is going to be awesome! Well, as soon as I get the BF to help me figure out what that even means 🙂 I’m creative…That html code is NOT. I will conquer the code!
P.S. I got to eat lunch with Laurie @ Tip Junkie…She is my blogging heroine 🙂
P.P.S. Remember my first prototype for DIY business cards?
Here is another version… more on that soon.

Looks like you had fun! I can't wait until i can join a get together! Just FYI http://www.doteasy.com just sent me an email cause I have had .com names there before and am getting another one now but they are having their anniversary sale so you can get a .com name from there for $1 for a year! and they are offering free unlimited hosting for a year. They are pretty good. I have had several .com's set up through them and with blogger you don't have to do html and such you can just go to your dashboard and tell them ur .com name you can even purchase it for like $10 through blogger I think?

Hey Jamie! I know NOTHING about HMTL, but I've set up a few websites for organizations I'm in using GoDaddy.com. You can just type in the address to forward if that's all you're ready to do. You may want more than that, but know that it's easier than it sounds!

It was great being able to meet you! And congrats on taking your blog to the .com level! I'm not completely a HTML expert, but I would LOVE to help you if you ever need anything. I used to (and still secretly do) blog design and would LOVE to help. Just shoot me an email if you would! 🙂
