Easiest cookies ever

March 9, 2015 By Jamie Dorobek 1 Comment

These are hands down the easiest cookies ever. (Or candy? Not exactly sure what you to call ’em.) Either way, you only need 3 ingredients. And my ver favorite part is that you can make these cookies to match any color theme. Chrsitmas, 4th of July, game day… these little treats have got you covered since you can buy candy melts and Sixlets (or M&M’s) in tons of colors! I’ve actually blogged about these little treats before, my mom calls them turtle bites. The original version comes with a  half of a pecan and a rolo. But, when you are hosting a book themed baby shower, you clearly need green eggs. (Who likes ham anyway?!) The shower deets are coming soon, here’s a sneak peek from instagram!

For the easiest cookies ever you’ll need:

  • Square pretzels
  • Candy melts
  • Green candy

Now, are you ready for this? It’s very complicated. Line your pan with tin foil and spread out your square pretzels.

Add one white Candy Melt to each pretzel.

Stick the pan in a 350 degree pre heated oven for 7 minutes, then add one green Sixlet. Let them cool for 30 minutes.

Then, enjoy! You can also use M&M’s to make different colored ones! I whipped these up for the Super Bowl game earlier this year!

I love how versatile these cookies are? Or candy? Whatever you want to call them!

And here is another version of the easiest cookie ever, I like to call this the healthy version since it includes a nut, ha! Have you ever made these little guys?
