Quick. Simple. Delicious. My kind of dessert.
You need the following 4 ingredients + wax paper, measuring cup, microwave, and 10 minutes to make this delicious treat.
- 1 bag of butterscotch chips
- 2 tbs peanut creamy butter
- 1 cup of peanuts
- 1 bag of chow mein noodles
Melt butterscotch chips in a microwave safe bowl stirring at 30 second intervals until chips are melted. Stir in peanut butter.
Fold in peanuts and noodles.
Quickly spoon onto wax paper… like this:
Have you ever had these before? I love quick, simple desserts you can whip up on the fly. Remember the turtle bites?

I LOVE these! I haven't had them in so long, I totally forgot they existed. I'm so making these for the halloween party our playgroup is having!

Isn't it fun when you have a long-forgotten memory that is triggered by, say a post on a certain food? I haven't thought of these in forever, and I think I last had it as a little girl… and I loved every bite! If my kids liked pb, I'd be whipping up a batch right now, but I'll have to be satisfied salivating at your yummy photos.
These are so yummy! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
