Birth announcements and other cute nursery wall art

Note: This post is sponsored by Minted.com. As always, all opinions are my own.

Let’s get right to the cute stuff! We sent this postcard to our friends and family to introduce Maxwell:

Max Birth announcement

And here’s the back of the postcard:

Birth Annoucement

I’ve been into postcards lately! I made these thank you postcards on the computer to send out after my baby showers. I pseudo thought about DIY-ing  birth announcement and then realized I have a baby, ha! And decided to not make myself crazy and use minted.com for announcements and to get some personalized wall art for the nursery! I know, I know, I have not yet shared all of the nursery deets. It’s on the ol’ to-do list! But, here’s the post about how to make picture ledge shelves and here’s the cuteness I added to our shelves…

Personalized wall art

Here’s a close up of the 5 x 7… I decided to use one of our maternity pictures! The small writing says, “Mama is 32 weeks pregnant with Maxwell.” I’m thinking I will get one made every year! Here is the print  on Minted.com.

And here’s the fun wiener dog on a penny farthing. Andy and I picked this one out together! Yep, I made Andy sit with me at the computer and scroll through tons of cute personalized nursery art! It’s called the cycling sausage, and we both loved it. Cute, fun, and involves bikes… our kind of art!  There are tons of adorable prints and I love that there are 7 frame color choices. Although, it makes it very hard to choose, ha!minted 3

Pretty cute, huh? Oh and here is why I love post cards A) cheaper to send B) less room to write C) return address is pre printed on the card. Do you ever send post cards? Do you have a thing for personalized wall art? Do you love the cycling sausage? I’d love to hear…

Oh and if you are looking for more Maxwell related posts, here ya go: Spilling the beans, 10 nursery must haves, Painting the igloo, Bambino gets a crib, great rug hunt, Graham the Glider, B is for baby shower, black and white baby shower, modern twinkle twinkle star shower, our birth story, and 15 things I’ve learned about newborns! Phew… that’s a lot!
