UPDATE: C.R.A.F.T. # 4: Framed Earrings

August 31, 2010 By Jamie Dorobek 10 Comments

I must say I’m a little jealous of this craft.
My creative co-worker, Tori,  did a fun addition to C.R.A.F.T. #4: Framed Earrings
here is the boring original:
She made 3 big changes:

#1: She solved the problem of: How to hang stud earrings?
answer: craft foam!! [that is the purple part at the bottom of the frame]
#2: She added a ribbon to hang the frame
AND my favorite part….
#3: random, cute knobs for necklaces!!!!!
Love it!

Craft foam is just from Hobby Lobby…it comes in lots of colors 🙂 Lots of fun knobs at Hobby Lobby too!

This is really awesome! I just made one for dangling earrings using a picture frame, some pretty lace, and floral wire to create a hanging space, but I hadn't figured out how to hang necklaces. I love the knobs so much!

I would love to know what craft foam you used for the stud earrings, and where to get cute knobs like that.

This is one of my favorite jewelry organizers yet!!

I just did a post recently where I put mine on the back of my bedroom door…but it's not really all that pretty.
