Mint Chocolate Bark

December 21, 2011 By Jamie Dorobek 6 Comments

I like mint and chocolate separate, but together I LOVE them. (peanut butter and chocolate is a close second for me. I also love really simple, yummy (usually includes chocolate) recipes.  Simple as in 3 ingredients or less. Remember the turtle bite treats? You only need 2 ingredients for this treat: Nestle toll house dark chocolate and mint morsels and nuts
Pre-heat the oven to 325 and chop up the nuts…

Cover pan in tin foil and spread out the chips, like this:

Place the pan in the oven until chips are shiny, about 2 minutes…

Then, the fun part…

Add the chopped nuts and put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes… take it out and break it up!

That’s all there is to it. It is super simple.

I originally found the recipe in the coupon junk mail thing that comes every Tuesday…. you can see the recipe at Toll House. I served it at the ABC Party, it was a hit 🙂 Anyone have a super simple, d-lish recipe for peppermint bark?
Merry Christmas, Friends!

I'm not a fan of nuts…but this looks delicious. I think I'd probably eat the bag of chocolate and mint before I got to making anything with it though 🙂
